Scope of Activities
Design and manufacture
Our service scope has the following core activities:
- Development of new equipment configured to customer requirements
- Concept and design using state-of-the-art CAD systems (computer aided design) and FEM simulation technologies (finite element method) in cooperation with our engineering office in Switzerland
- Manufacture of all specified components in collaboration with our manufacturing partners in Germany (Askea Feinmechanik GmbH) and Japan (HARIO SCIENCE CO., LTD./Sibata Scientific Technology Ltd.). Components are manufactured and assembled from stainless steel, boron silicate glass or engineering plastics
- The original CULTEX® glass modules are manufactured exclusively by HARIO SCIENCE CO., LTD./Sibata Scientific Technology Ltd. in Tokyo (Japan)
- Concurrent development of control software
